If you have recently received a new passport whilst you are staying in Thailand, you must transfer the stamps from your old passport to your new passports. It should be done promptly within few days of receiving the new passport.
Transferring Visa to a new passport:
You will need to replace or transfer your Visa.
Your passport may have expired.
The name or details on your original passport may have changed.
Your passport may have expired, lost, or damaged.

New passport
Receipt of notification (T.M. 30)
Departure Card (T.M. 6)
Consulate Legalization (subject to immigration office requirement)
