People holding these visas: Non-ED Visa, Non-O Visa and Non-B Visa are eligible to apply for a Long-Term Stay in Thailand without leaving the Country The course is for foreigners who have a visa and are looking for a long term visa in Thailand and can change from a Non-ED Visa, Non O Volunteer Visa , Non-O Marriage Visa, Non-O Retirement Visa and a Non-B Visa to an ED Learning Visa learning Thai Language Saturdays and Sundays for 2 hours a day / 2 days a week and students can manage their study schedules for both classroom and online learning. In total a one-year ED Visa.
The processing time for this visa takes about 40 days from the application. The price includes all immigration costs for changing your visa and the 90 Day reporting immigration requirements.
It will take about 30 days to process your application including processing time at the school. Once the school has received confirmation of acceptance to study your documents will be then forwarded to Chiang Mai Immigration to change your visa status.
The school representative will accompany you to the Immigration Office in Chiang Mai to assist with the process. The school assists you with everything throughout the process.
